David Lloyd and Keith Parker's retirement from the Management Committee
After many many years of dedicated participation in the club's Management Committee, David Lloyd and Keith Parker this year announced their retirement from their respective roles as events and entertainment secretaries.
We as a club felt that it was only right that we gave them a bit of a thank you gift, and asked you - the members if you'd like to contribute. And contribute handsomely you did! The total amount collected in was £934!! This was divided equally between David and Keith giving them £467 each!
Each were presented their gift during a short cermony at the last show of the year at Crow Nest park in Dewsbury on the 5th of October.
The club also presented them both with a beautiful glass plaque/trophy with which to remember the occasion.

Car and motobike storage available - Barnsley
A couple of my friends and I have just rented a large unit in Barnsley to store our classic cars in. There is however too much space for just our own cars so, without us buying more cars (which is always an option lol), there are some spaces available for rent. We're not looking to make any profit, just to share the cost of the rent.
